Can't say enough great things about this product. Bought it in hopes of lightening the ironing load and it definitely has. What use to take 5-10 minutes on the ironing board now is done in about 2 minutes tops! It does not give you the crease on a dress shirt, but will definitely give you a pressed look, not to mention taking out stubborn creases on dress sweaters. Highly recommended!!

I like the product and it's features. Plenty steam to get the wrinkles out. The only dislike is the garment stand is too short for my height (5'11)and the water containter does not hold a lot of water. The empty water container often appears to be full, but it's often empty due to my excessive usage.

This steamer took out wrinkles but wasn't to good on making the creases. The steam iron, from the lowest to highest, works faster and leaves your clothes looking crispy. Item not for those who want their clothes looking sharp. Looking for smooth then this is for you.

I recently opened a Consignment Shop and use the Conair GS20 every day! It has saved me a lot of time that I would have spent ironing and with the lint remover attachment I can remove the lint as I'm steaming saving me even more time. I've never owned a steamer before but I am definitely now a big fan.
